How fun, my fav workout? That would be doing my paced walking on my treadmill - super low impact but it burns the fat (and I always feel refreshed and exhilarated afterwards). My favorite workout is my ball - I have the Core Secrets program - LOVE IT! Most of the workouts are 20 minutes, long enough to help me get back into shape (post baby) and short enough that my children can survive! :-) The cd sounds wonderful - I can use all the motivation I can get. Usually that means picking one that you really enjoy. A great place to start is your library.
