It helps if I move around and drink water. Sometimes I just feel too lazy and want to sit around the rest of the day. There is something kind of crazy and fun about running in the rain. I am loving reading your blog. I always get that afternoon slump and for me, my snack of choice is a granola bar or string cheese and a bottle of water. It always gives me a little boost before I head to the gym after work.
