I just learned that today, Feb 20, is Hoodie-Hoo Day!Â
For this wacky "holiday", people are to wave their hands over their head and shout, "Hoodie hoo!" It's supposed to chase away the winter doledrums and usher in Springtime.Â
The silliness is to be performed specifically at noon, but I imagine any time would work just as well.Â
