I've been trying to work out while Micah's teaching, too, and that can be nice. But sometimes I want to spend that me time in other ways...like watching tv shows he doesn't like. If I stick to a range of 9-10 at night, every night (except for Saturday evenings), I do pretty well. Keeping the same routine is a great help. Oh, I wish I was the type of person who only needed 4-5 hours of sleep a night! Alas, I need a good 7-8! :) Michelle, I try to be in bed no later than 10 PM. That's my problem, I can't seem to get to bed in time to get 7 hours of sleep so there's no way I can get up early enough to exercise.
