Sometimes it takes a really long time for the fog to clear. Whenever it does, I always wonder why it took so darn long for it to clear. But even though our bodies are capable of adapting to all kinds of things, it often needs small slow steps to achieve goals. Moving too fast seems to freak out our bodies:) Echoing the Bag Lady!
